INFO MIND SOLUTIONS (IMS) is the premier Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution provider in Ethiopia. Organized with the mission of providing up-to-date technical support to the development of the human element in the country. IMS has assisted over 500 national and multi-national organizations in Ethiopia. Established in 1998, IMS is currently the leading HRIS firm in Ethiopia and has been involved in providing HR and business solutions in terms of recruitment, web design & hosting, training & HR consultancy; and has also launched the first online recruitment service in the country. Proposed design: we chose hybrid design as it will make it easier for migration and Adaptation of the AWS cloud services
